Sanef has acquired Webraska, an important strategic move for French highway and Telematics operator:

Sanef is part of the abertis group, the number one transport and telecom infrastructure management operator in Europe. Its economic model is based on the quality management of infrastructure and its strategy to develop new businesses connected with infrastructure for the mobility of people, assets and information. Sanef operates directly 1743 km of highways and has participations in other highway operators totalling 280 km in service or in construction. The group employs 3 600 people. Its revenues reached 1.225 billion euros in 2006.

Its main subsidiaries are: Societe des Autoroutes Paris Normandie, Eurotoll and masternaut.
