Co-founder and board member of Webraska Mobile Technologies, Jean-Michel Durocher manages Webraska’s worldwide marketing & sales activities.
Prior to founding Webraska, Jean-Michel Durocher worked with Roamware as Sales Director EMEA and with Matra Communication as head of Marketing and Projects for Advanced Speech Applications, where he helped launch the first mobile phone with hands free and voice recognition. Mr Durocher also worked with Nortel where he was Head of Speech Recognition Infrastructure, and was instrumental in the launch of the world's first Automated Directory Assistance, and with Tektrend International, as General Manager, introducing Artificial Intelligence and 3-D modeling for ultra-sound based non-destructive testing for customers such as Boeing, the NASA and McDonald Douglas.
Mr.Durocher has won numerous awards, including a European Best Entrepreneur Award, a WAP CEO Award, two Frost & Sullivan Awards, a Nortel Award of Merit, and a Matra Communication Silver Award for Innovation. In a context of hot debates and conflicting demands for regulation, privacy and free availability of subscriber location data, Mr. Durocher, a strong advocate of business ethics, is the author of the 2002 industry setting "Three Laws of Location-based Services".
Jean-Michel Durocher holds an M.Sc. of Applied Mathematics, and a B.A. of Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.

Appointed CTO in 2006, Christophe L'Hermine has several years experience in project management in the ICT industry including expertise in mobile networks, telematics and location-based services. Christophe was instrumental in the development and roll out of Webraska's satellite navigation application for mobile devices when working at Webraska from 2001 to 2004. Prior to becoming Webraska's CTO, Christophe was Mondial Assistance Group's project manager for Telematics and LBS activities. Christophe also worked as network and telecom engineer in charge of mobile networks development projects.
Christophe L'Hermine holds a graduate degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications from Rennes University, France.
