Webraska's SmartZone Professional Services help our customers develop and deploy navigation services on the fastest possible timing at lowest possible total project cost. Professional Services are provided throughout all stages of the project lifecycle including evaluation, specification, development, test and deployment of services. All projects are accompanied by a comprehensive suite of documentation including functional and technical specifications, acceptance criteria and project plan.

Dedicated Professional Services teams are established on a project-by-project basis according to customer requirements. In the majority of cases the project leader will be based in the same location as the client, though he or she will draw on the support of Webraska head office staff as required.

Webraska's Professional Services team benefits from over 30 man years experience deploying location- and navigation-based services in Europe and around the world.

Three broad types of Professional Services are offered by Webraska:

• Application Customisation Services enable service providers to launch navigation services reflecting and integrating their own corporate brand identity. Examples of such customization are shown below:

  More extensive application customization can also be provided to enable service providers to meet the specific needs of their customer/ subscriber base. SmartZone Navigation services are built on a modular and flexible application framework allowing cost-effective feature set extension, support for new devices or application localisation.

• Network Integration Services enable providers to integrate navigation services with existing call center, billing and messaging infrastructure. This task is facilitated by the flexible architecture and APIs of the SmartZone Administration Platform which minimize the integration effort required on a case-by-case basis.

• Content Integration Services enable Service Providers to continually enrich their navigation offering with static and dynamic location-based content. This enables Service Providers "powered by Webraska" to differentiate their services from other navigation products, which typically only include basic point-of-interest data sourced from Navteq and its competitors.
